Meet the Team Behind M3
We’re Bill and Roban Meligan — high school sweethearts who met in 1979 and married in 1980. We've built a life together centered around faith, family, and hard work. We have three incredible children, four energetic grandkids, a loyal German Shepherd, and a chubby cat who keeps us on our toes.
Bill brings over 27 years of experience working with CNC machines, making him the precision expert behind every engraving we produce. His technical expertise and commitment to detail ensure that every product meets our high standards.
Roban is the heart of M3, bringing 38 years of caregiving as a licensed practical nurse and a lifetime of dedication to mentoring others through volunteer coaching. Her compassion, organization, and customer-first mindset are central to our business.
We also proudly work alongside our children — Jason, Jennifer, and Jillien — and their spouses. M3 truly is a family-run operation, built with love, skill, and purpose.
